Nate Eland has been my coach for about 18 months. I would dare to call that 18 months transformational for me both personally and professionally. I don't write that lightly, in that I've had 25 years of business practice and been engaged in professional and personal growth work for most of that time. Nate's work centers a lot around the use of the Harrison Assessment, which is not a tool that's necessarily proprietary to Nate alone as a coach.
